"Sun Above Your Eyes" is a new EP from Orelse continues in that vein, where spare 4/4 frameworks are established early on and the main focus of each track is essentially about how the resulting gaps are filled. Most often it's with a roughshod collection of pinging toms, sharpened claps and swirling pads, though plenty of found sounds also lurk within.
The version of Stanisha is aptly named for its modern lullaby overtones. If you have young kids, the soft edged and rippling chords which roll over more kinetic beats and hi-hats might be the perfect thing to send them off to sleep. A muffled sax and vocals also infuses the already fuzzy ambiance with yet more soulfulness, while the remixes are the sound of playing outdoors on a hazy and lazy summer afternoon come from Franzis-D remix. T-Dallas remix does that trick of pairing fairly firm, well-defined drums and crisp percussion with more rolling and incidental melodies and streams of earthy hues. Finally even though remix of Erdi Irmak reconciles the trio with their more indie roots, through its campfire strumming and debonair vocal harmonies, it uncomfortably sticks out next to its surroundings.

V-Sag's sound has been defined during the last decade through his 4 album projects and over 100 singles and remixes released by major labels worldwide. His love for music production led him to a series of releases and worldwide tours, while collaborating with artists like Loreena McKennitt, Bad Boys Blue and being included in soundtrack compilations including the movie title of "Alter Ego" released by Village Roadshow Pictures. His tracks has been played in gigs and radio shows by worldwide famous DJs and producers including John Digweed, Tiesto, Hernan Cattaneo, Deep Dish, Roger Sanchez and DJ Tarkan to name a few.
Some of his most known productions are "Feather", "Totally Miss You", Armada's release "Remember Us" and remix on "Still Time". His DJ sets are low-bpm melodic and uplifting styles of house music and he was voted between the best 150 djs of 2006 in the world.
Nowadays, V-Sag is the production manager of many upcoming album projects of major artists around the world working at his own studio "Deep Sound Studios", while being at the same time at "No Smoking Recordings" recording label which was founded by V-Sag and DJ Tarkan while touring together and rocking some of the best clubs in the scene.
